Update for all Clients

Important Update

We are getting a new software program for our office.

We are working hard behind the scenes on this and plan to go live with the new system June 1, 2022.

It will be very important for all clients to have their contact information complete and up to date with the following:

Main contact person,

Secondary contact person,

Mailing address *required

Email addresses *required

Home and cell phone numbers * required

This new system will help with appointment reminders and our customer service staff will be able to spend more time with other things.

The new system should help us be more efficient in a number of ways but there will be some challenges dealing with change and learning the facets of the new system.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we go through this transition and learn the new system.
